Official Rules for NewsOK $3,000 giveaway
1. Description of $3,000 Giveaway: NewsOK.com is giving away one “Grand Prize” $3,000 Visa card to the 30 millionth visitor of 2008. Go to NewsOK.com within the next 10-15 days and log in with your current registration. You must be registered on the site to be eligible for the prize. If you are not registered, you'll need complete the registration process on NewsOK. Once registered, all you need to do is log in, and your visit will be recorded. If you are the 30 millionth visitor of 2008, we will contact you with information on how to collect your prize.
2. Promotion Period: NewOK.com is projected to reach its 30,000,000 visitor within the month of November.
3. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. Registration is free. The $3,000 Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia). Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, entries must be received by NewsOK in the format designated in step 3 above. Employees of The Oklahoman, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. Entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of NewsOK, which are final and binding.
4. Drawing and Awarding of Sweepstakes Prize: Winner will be notified by email or telephone. Winner agrees to allow his/her name and/or photo or likeness to appear on NewsOK. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that NewsOK, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this giveaway.
